During the past thirteen years of practicing both as a master and a doctoral level clinician I have helped people in settings such as private practices, psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health centers, residential forensic youth homes, and student counseling centers. I received my specialized psychotherapy trainings from Gestalt Institute and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Center in Krakow, Poland. Years later I completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Immaculata University located in Malvern, PA. My doctoral psychology training included a year-long APA accredited internship at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital where I worked with severely mentally ill patients on acute psychiatric units. My doctoral therapy practicum training in modern psychoanalysis was completed at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. After graduation I worked as a counseling psychologist at Villanova's Counseling Center for two years before starting my private practice.
In addition to my clinical work, I also enjoy teaching doctoral level psychology courses at Immaculata University and conducting specialized psychological evaluations. I am passionate about my participation at the local professional organization called "Insight for All", which helps homeless clients in Philadelphia access psychotherapy services.
Currently, I am a psychoanalytic candidate at Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis and a member of psychological organizations such as Pennsylvania Psychological Association, Postpartum Support International, Philadelphia Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology, and Division 39 of the American Psychological Association.
